That is why at proopy we take care of the documentation of your property, its obligations with government authorities, its physical integrity as well as all inherent risks.

Manage obligations
At proopy each property has its own list of routine payments approved by the owner.
Once a month the owner will receive in his email - as part of the monthly property report - the copy of the payments made.
And as a "good father of a family" we will be physically visiting your property on a monthly basis.
Rental collections
In case your property is rented we will collect your rent on your behalf.
We are not real estate agency but we work with the best in case you want help to promote and rent your property.
Preparation work for guests or short term rentals
In case you are exploring the possibility of having your property listed as a short term rental (AirBnB, Booking, or Real Estate Agency) our team will be able to advise you on what is necessary and for sure make it happen
